Our polices are very straight forward and based largely on value statements.
Policies
Legal: As a UK registered company the quality of our service delivery and back-office operations shall meet legal and statutory requirements.
Quality: We aim to achieve customer satisfaction at a level that our customers are prepared to recommend us to others without prompting or reward.
Environmental: We aim to extend our concern for the environment beyond our office facilities and will use public transport to visit clients to further reduce our carbon footprint.
